SAVVA nails the lunch-to-late-night thing with Greek-leaning Mediterranean plates that actually taste fresh, not precious—their lamb kofta and saganaki are proper comfort food. The Jumeirah Beach location means you're paying for the view, but the wine list is thoughtful enough that it justifies sticking around past sunset.
