The XVA Art Gallery and café are both excellent. Not suitable for guests who need a pool or gym — entirely suited to those who want a cultural, intimate experience.

It's brilliant if you want authentic Deira without the tourist crowds, though the bohemian vibe and creaky floors aren't for everyone seeking predictable comfort.
