Signature 1 is a proper business hotel that gets overshadowed by the flashier Palm properties, but it's solid value if you're not obsessed with beachfront views—you're technically on the Palm but hemmed in by residential towers, not water. The rooms are compact and functional with decent bathrooms, the breakfast buffet won't blow your mind, and the location works best if you're commuting to Business Bay or Downtown rather than wanting to lounge poolside all day.
