The beachfront location genuinely beats paying extra for Palm Jumeirah properties—you get Marina views, direct sand access, and it's walkable to restaurants without the resort isolation. Rooms are spacious with decent balconies, but at this price point you're mainly paying for the beach position rather than something you can't find elsewhere at lower rates.
