Gevora's the tallest residential hotel in the world, which sounds gimmicky until you realise the views from even standard rooms are genuinely unbeatable—floor-to-ceiling glass overlooking Downtown and beyond. Location-wise you're in DIFC's quiet pocket rather than the party zone, so it's perfect if you want to stay central without the Deira madness, though the price premium is steep for what's essentially a well-executed business hotel with a showpiece elevator.
