Atlantis The Royal is essentially Dubai's answer to "what if we made a hotel more about the spectacle than the stay" – you're paying for the aquarium views, the Michelin restaurants, and the fact you can tell people you stayed on the Palm. The rooms are genuinely comfortable and the restaurants deliver, but you're genuinely subsidizing the public spaces and entertainment venues that feel more theme park than hotel.
