Park on Level 4 for the quickest exit route — most shoppers use the lower levels. The small Filipino grocery section on the ground floor stocks hard-to-find Asian ingredients at better prices than specialty stores.

Well-located for old Dubai exploration — use it as a base for the Gold and Spice Souks nearby. The ice rink is a family favourite. Better as a practical shopping destination than a tourist attraction but the Deira location makes it worth combining with a Creek walk.

This sprawling mall is where locals actually shop for everyday stuff—brands are cheaper here than the flashier downtown malls, and the food court does solid Arab and Asian food without tourist markup. Fair warning: it gets heaving during weekends and evenings, so come mid-morning if you want to browse without being crushed.
