The valet parking at Caesars Palace Dubai is free for the first 4 hours and puts you right at the island's center. Visit the observation wheel area even when it's not operating — the elevated platform offers excellent skyline views without the ticket cost.

The pedestrian bridge from JBR is the best way to arrive — the approach gives a good view of Ain Dubai. The island is compact enough to walk entirely in an hour. The dining options facing the marina are better than the mall-facing ones.

The island's a solid free wander if you're already in JBR—grab coffee at one of the waterfront cafes and watch the Marina skyline without fighting crowds at the beach. The Ain Dubai observation wheel is pricey (around 95-150 AED) but the walk around the island itself costs nothing and actually has decent views of Palm Jumeirah on clear days.
